Southeast Asia: Connecting the dots between economic activity and mobile experience
We found a strong correlation between mobile Download Speed Experience and the GDP per capita of countries across southeast and south Asia. Our approach revealed a completely different landscape compared with looking at Download Speed Experience, Games Experience or other measures of mobile network experience in isolation.
The State of Mobile Video Experience 2019
In one year mobile Video Experience has significantly improved in 59% of 100 countries analyzed. But the U.S. is lagging behind on mobile video as carriers face a spectrum crunch. Uniquely, Opensignal tests mobile video streaming at scale and does not estimate video experience based on speed tests or other indirect measurements.

Comparing users across Singtel group highlights Voice, Video and Download speed differences
Opensignal has analyzed the experience of our users across Singtel group’s mobile operator subsidiaries and regional associates. We found that while there is a big gap between Singtel's wholly-owned entities in Singapore and Australia (Optus) and the rest in Download Speed Experience, the gap was narrower for both Voice App Experience and Video Experience.
