Thailand’s mobile network experience keeps getting better. Since our last report, we have recorded some impressive improvements across the board from all three operators. On the other hand, as we have introduced two new measures of user experience — Games Experience and 4G Coverage Experience — we now see the dominant operator on our award table shift from TrueMove H to AIS.
