In this report we examined the mobile network experience on five Malaysian national operators’ networks — Celcom, Maxis, DiGi, U Mobile and Unifi — to see how they fared. We further delved deeper into 12 states and two Federal Territories of Malaysia, comparing the results of these five operators. We also introduced two new metrics in this report for the first time in Malaysia — Games Experience and 4G Coverage Experience.
