In our first operator-level analysis on Lithuania’s mobile market, Opensignal found Telia to be the dominant operator when it comes to national mobile network experience. The operator wins three out of our seven awards outright — Download Speed Experience, Upload Speed Experience, and 4G Availability. Meanwhile, Tele2 is the only other operator to achieve an outright win, as it leads in 4G Coverage Experience.
