In our first look at the 5G experience in Norway, we found a mobile network experience landscape characterized by extreme competition, with many of our awards resulting in a tie. However, Telia wins the 5G Games Experience award and is the sole operator achieving an Excellent rating.

Spectrum scarcity hampers mobile network experience in Sri Lanka
In our new analysis, Opensignal has observed that our smartphone users in Sri Lanka connected to 4G networks using a limited amount of mobile spectrum — which impacted the average 4G download speeds our users experienced. Some operators like Dialog or Airtel have been refarming the 2100 MHz band used for 3G to dedicate more spectrum assets to 4G connectivity.
